Quick answers

I signed in but my account isn't showing the right state

Open the app, go to Account, and tap "Refresh status". If you sign in on a new device, make sure you're using the same email address you originally registered with.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email office@dply.co from the address you used to sign up. We'll permanently delete your account and stored content within 30 days.

The custom keyboard isn't appearing

On iOS: Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Chatmen. Then tap Chatmen and enable "Allow Full Access" so AI replies can be requested.

How is my data used?

See our Privacy Policy. In short: chats and screenshots you submit are processed to generate AI replies and aren't shared with advertisers or used to train third-party AI models.
